Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Relentle Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms. You must comply with this AUP when using the Service.

1. Lawful use only

You will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including marketing, consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam, and financial promotion rules in your jurisdiction.

2. Integrity of tasks and payouts

• Do not manipulate attribution, referrals, clicks, signups, or proofs.
• Do not publish misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims about any opportunity, brand, product, service, payout, or expected result.
• Do not offer, promise, or provide external incentives (cash, gifts, rebates, credits, or similar value) to induce referrals, clicks, or signups unless explicitly authorized in the opportunity rules.
• Do not use prohibited traffic sources, including adult content sites, spam lists/groups, paid-to-click networks, forced redirects, malware/adware traffic, or any source banned by opportunity rules.
• Do not use bots, click farms, VPN farms, device farms, or similar automation to simulate real users.
• Do not create or use multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or opportunity rules.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.
• Do not impersonate Relentle, any brand, any opportunity operator, or any other person or entity.
• Do not submit forged, altered, or third-party content as your own proof.
• Do not submit or generate fake, duplicate, low-quality, non-genuine, or otherwise invalid referrals/signups. We may reject conversions that fail quality, authenticity, or compliance review.

3. Abuse, harassment, and harm

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or incitement of violence.
• No distribution of malware, phishing, or harmful links through the Service.
• No doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of others' personal data.

4. Network, scraping, and security

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization.
• Do not overload, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
• Do not scrape or harvest data at scale except through documented APIs we expressly permit.

5. Content you upload

You retain rights in your submissions, but you grant Relentle a license to host, process, display, and share submissions with opportunity operators and reviewers as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and enforce policies. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, withhold or reverse payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Decisions may rely on automated signals and human review.

We actively monitor for abuse patterns and enforce this AUP aggressively to protect users, brands, and platform integrity. Where we detect manipulation or policy evasion, we may invalidate affected referrals/signups, claw back credits, permanently block accounts and linked identities/devices, and deny future participation.
